A new project for 2009 is to take a photo a week during 2009 (and not give up half-way through).
There’s not much to it: no particular theme, no need to take anything particularly interesting, simply a photo a week which says something about the day or week in which it was taken. The way I look at it, the fewer the restrictions I set, the more likely I am to actually complete it.
So, here’s the first one. A self portrait of me drinking a cup of tea, clearly setting the exciting tone for the series.
I took it in my my study using my tripod and new Canon RC1 remote controller. Drinking tea in the study sums up pretty much what I’ve been doing recently: not just drinking tea of course, ahem, but working on my various courses (user interface design and German) and projects (OOTB Plone themes, blogs). Speaking of which I guess I’d better get back to work…
