I’m studying for two courses at the moment: German and UI Design which is why I’m up to my ears in work at the moment. Still, I don’t like to complain, especially when it’s all something I’ve opted to do. Actually, that’s a lie. I do like to complain.
Although I wanted to study UI design this year, I didn’t want to let my German slip as I’d been studying it for a couple of years. So I thought I’d do both. Mmm, in retrospect maybe not the best choice, but I’ve come this far so hopefully I’ll make it. Plus, it will all be worth it in the end. Won’t it. Won’t it?
Featured: the original Collins Dictionary I used when I did my German A-Level way back when (1988-90). You can’t beat a paper-based dictionary, even when it’s pre-spellling reform. Yes, those crazy Germans decided to have a spelling reform in the mid 90s. I think English is long overdue for one of those.
