- User testing and user observation with existing user interface.
- Creation of cognitive walkthroughs, use cases and user scenarios.
- UI redesign based on feedback from user observation.
- Wireframing, with tools such as Photoshop, HTML and Balsamiq Mockups.
- User testing and evaluation of redesigned prototypes.
