Prospective students home redesign

• Worked alongside graphic designer to create a new design for the Birkbeck Prospective students website.
• Liaised with designer and other stakeholders to clearly establish the goals of the redesign.
• Simplified original design to enhance its usability.
• Incorporated UI design patterns, including a dialog overlay (”mega drop-down”) for a list of categorised links and an embedded video player.
• Created high-fidelity prototypes with Photoshop and XHTML.
• Implemented design in the Plone CMS.
